Every project includes a defined post-launch support window for defects in what we delivered, agreed up front rather than assumed. Beyond that, ongoing maintenance is available as a monthly retainer if you want it — and you are free to take the work in-house instead.

A named senior engineer is accountable for your project and is who you deal with directly. We agree the channel and cadence at kickoff, along with overlap hours between your working day and ours.
