Privacy Policy

The short version
We use optional analytics only when you choose to accept it. We do not use advertising tracking, build profiles from your enquiry details, or sell your personal data.
What we collect
We collect the name, email address, optional budget range and project brief that you submit through the contact form. When email delivery is enabled, the form sends this information to our server and to Resend, our email delivery provider, so that we can receive and reply to your enquiry. If delivery is unavailable, the form instead opens your email application with the message pre-filled. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message.
How we use it
We use it to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver and administer that engagement. Our basis for processing an enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients and taking steps you ask us to take before a contract. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing or add you to a mailing list without your request.
Analytics
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate use of our website, such as pages viewed, project-site link clicks and contact options selected. We do not send your name, email address, project brief or other enquiry content to Google Analytics. You can decline analytics when the preference notice is shown; if you decline, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained only while it is commercially relevant and then deleted. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request. Visitors in the UK and EU have these rights under UK GDPR and GDPR respectively, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
Hosting and third parties
This site is served by our hosting provider, which may process standard server logs such as IP addresses for security and reliability. We use Upstash to rate-limit contact-form requests and Resend to deliver submitted enquiries; each processes only the data needed to provide that service. If you accept analytics, Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy policy. Their processing may involve data outside your country. If you reach us through WhatsApp, that platform handles your data under its own privacy policy.
